    MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

     

    Reports to:  Dixie Speck, President and CEO

    1. Personal Work Ethics

    A. Comply with the company’s policies and procedures.

    B. Arrive for work at the agreed upon time and ready to work.

    C. Demonstrate good attendance – schedule days off.

    D. Assist in any area of the company where help is needed.

     

    2. Job Description

     Customer Service and Sales

     

    A. Assist in the increase of maintenance efficiency and profitability.
    B. Respond to potential client requests for maintenance quotes by meeting with  prospects and obtaining estimation measurements.
    C. Respond to existing maintenance client requests for maintenance service and  enhancement needs both in person, phone calls, and through email.
    D. Enter, schedule, and track customer requests.
    E. Perform property walk-throughs with clients.
    F. Take responsibility for maintenance client satisfaction and contract renewals.

     

    Maintenance Crews

    A. Supervision of multiple maintenance crews.
    B. Daily instruction of maintenance crews.
    C. Prepare and procure materials and equipment needed by crews.
    D. Assist in developing various company documentation, training tools, and job forms.
    E. Assist in training crew members on procedures, job-related techniques, and safety.
    F. Perform routine property checks, rate performance of crews, and provide standard reporting of results.
    G. Prepare crew routing sheets and individual property instructions. Update as necessary.
    H. Monitor and analyze GPS data.
    I. Work alongside crew performing maintenance tasks as necessary.
    J. Fill-in for any maintenance crew position as needed.
    K. Perform duties of maintenance driver/crew leader as necessary when a new crew is started.

     

    Trucks and Equipment

    A. Maintain cleanliness of all trucks and equipment
    B. Check all maintenance trucks, tools, and equipment for service and repair needs.
    C. Weekly tasks of routine equipment service, fill gasoline containers, fill gasoline tanks for trucks, organize maintenance storage areas.
    D. Setup and deliver equipment to service centers for repairs, monitor for repair completion, and pickup when ready.
    E. Track service needs for trucks, setup service appointments, deliver to service centers and pickup when ready.

     

    3.Physical Performance and Skills

    A. Move landscape materials and equipment.
    B. Operate landscape trucks and equipment.
    C. Apply some chemical products such as fungicides, pesticides, fertilizers under the
    supervision of a licensed pesticide applicator.
